ViaTalk - Full Review

ViaTalk is one of the best VoIP companies around. They have matched the lowest rates ($199/yr.) with an extremely reliable network and 24/7 support. Not that you'll need to use it but it's always nice to know that when you are in a pickle someone will listen to you complain:)

ViaTalk's most basic plan is 500 minutes anywhere in the US & Canada for $9.95/mo. If you don't make many calls it is a great option for the price. The unlimited residential plan is $199/yr and offers e911, Call Return, Voicemail, Caller ID, Operator Services, Simultaneous Ring, Caller Waiting, Free In-network calls, Caller ID block, Call forwarding. Seems to be one of the most reliable networks and serious customer service (not just email like some of the other providers).

The ViaTalk VoIP business plan is unlimited for $34.95/mo. with all the regular business features. They also offer a 1500 minute plan for businesses but let's be honest, get unlimited for just another $5, seriously! Overall the pricing and reliability are just as good if not better than the other reviewed networks and their customer service is the best. We highly recommend ViaTalk.
